How it works
Here’s what the coaching journey looks like.
The work is science-informed. I help you regulate your nervous system and build new, repeatable patterns. You’ll see results in real work moments, speaking up, handling feedback and ending the over-preparing cycle.
Step 2: Deep 1:1 coaching (Weeks 4 to 12)
From Week 4, your private coaching begins. You’ll have six 60-minute sessions across your coaching window.
We focus on your meetings, presentations and leadership moments. Progress stays steady, not stop-start. We stretch your system, not stress it, so change sticks.
Step 3: Support between sessions
You get Voxer support throughout, so you’re never left to navigate it alone.
Voxer and scheduling (AEST/AEDT):
- Voxer support Monday to Friday, with replies within one to two business days
- Sessions run during AEST/AEDT business hours, at times that work for you
- Please convert to your local time zone
